How Can I purchase a face mask?

Face Masks are available for purchase here.

What are they made of?

Rhoback Face Masks are made of an inner layer of organic cotton and an outer layer of anti-bacterial quick-drying polyester. Please note these are non-surgical nor medical grade face masks. They are not N95s nor are they FDA approved surgical masks. They are cloth face masks and they are not a substitute for social distancing.

Why can't I return this item?

Face Masks are considered a personal use item and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Where ARE THEY made?

We have developed these face masks with one of our manufacturing partners based in South Korea who are experts in making protective face masks with years of experience wearing them and have the capability to manufacture at scale so we can help as many Americans as possible.

WHAT SIZE are they?

The masks on our website are one-size-fits-most. However, it does have adjustable fittings by the ears so that you can adjust the mask to be more fitted as desired.

How to use the Face Mask

hOW DO i USE IT?

Place it over your nose and mouth and pull the straps around the ears and adjust so it fits snug. Adjust nose wire insert so mask sits comfortably on your face.

If you have access to a filter, you can place it in the inside filter pouch of the mask. The pouch is 5.5in x 4.75in, so your filter should be smaller than that.

Cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance. Does The face Mask come with a Filter?

Unfortunately, we do not produce the filters for these masks as we do not have the technical experience, nor the resources to make them. We have heard there are many websites offering many different grades of filters, however we also know that first priority is going to healthcare workers at this time. We assume more and more will become available as the need of healthcare workers is met.

Is this a REPLACEMENT for N95 Masks?

No. The they not a replacement for N95, surgical, or procedural masks. It is also not a replacement for social distancing. These are cloth masks.

Can I wash and Reuse this mask?

Yes, these masks can be washed and reused.
