All orders (even if you buy multiple items) shipped within the USA ship for a flat rate of $5. We want to make the shipping process as convenient as possible for you. International orders ship for a flat rate of $24. All duties and fees guarenteed at checkout for international orders. We also offer expedited options at checkout for an additional fee.

 

We primarily use the United States Postal Service to ship our orders and use their First Class Package or Priority Mail Services. These services typically arrive between 8-12 business days after the date we ship your order, however due to COVID-19, carriers have been experiencing unprecedented shipping volumes resulting in shipping delays which may impact your order. You will be notified that your order has been shipped with an email from our team. Orders placed after 10AM EST will ship from our facility the following business day. Business days are Monday - Friday.

 

At Rhoback we offer free shipping on all returns and exchanges for orders within the United States. We want to make certain that our customers are happy with their gear. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit, full refund, or size exchange in the same product. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with receipt of purchase. Please note: initial shipping costs are not refunded, as these funds are used to purchase the shipping label at time of initial order shipment.

Even exchanges are considered a size exchange for the same product. Same-price products do not qualify as an even exchange, and a difference in price may occur when attempting to swap for a different item.

We know sometimes we can all be forgetful when it comes to returning items, so we try to be as lenient as possible with extending the return window for our customers. Please note, we do not offer a full refund beyond the 30 day window, and orders can only be exchanged for another size, style, or store credit.
